Villa Can Joan 2 is situated in a privileged position in the hills of Can Germa, near Cala Salada with fantastic views overlooking San Antonio, the bay of Portmany and the surrounding countryside. The Villa is just a 5 minute drive to the nearest town.
This cosy villa is an oasis nestled in the hills overlooking San Antonio with stunning views across the bay to the Mediterranean Sea and is a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of the beaches and bars. You'll feel really at home here as the owners have added their own special touches to make this a memorable place to spend your time in Ibiza.
Enter at the top level and you'll find a lounge/diner with Sat TV, DVD and stereo, leading to a large private sun terrace with your own swimming pool and fantastic views out to the sea and the world's most famous sunset. The shaded seating area is perfect for sunset cocktails and al fresco dining from the built-in BBQ where you can wave to the famous DJ who lives nearby. From the pool terrace you can walk into the master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and also the well-equipped kitchen past the indoor rockery and down the stairs to the lower level where you'll find two more twin bedrooms and separate bathroom. Many of the rooms have air-conditioning.
Below the main house is a recently constructed self-contained apartment with bedroom, en-suite bathroom, kitchenette and private terrace.
The Villa is only a 5 minute drive down to San Antonio town and Cala Salada beach and only 15 minutes drive to Ibiza Town. It proves hugely popular every year with its stunning views, convenient location and superb facilities. A gem!
