This recently constructed villa is set in 15 acres (60,000 square metres) of lush green coutryside and dominates a hillside close to the fashionable village of Santa Gertrudis and is a perfect getaway. It has a large private swimming pool, sun terrace with sunbeds, an open-air stone BBQ and a shaded terrace area with seating - perfect for al-fresco dining and cocktails. Inside the villa there are 4 large double bedrooms that comfortably sleep 8 persons and all the amenites needed to ensure all your needs are catered for including a fully-fitted modern kitchen with cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and an open-plan living room with leather sofas and a large dining table that seats 8. Facilities include TV, DVD and stereo and the living room leads directly to the shaded terrace and pool area.The villa is air-conditioned throughout and is ideal for groups, couples and families (a cot and high chair is available on request). 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are on the ground floor and 1 bedroom with large private terrace and en-suite bathroom is on the first floor.All towels and linen are provided and is the villa is cleaned upon arrival and once during the week.The villa is less than 1 mile (1.6km) away from the village of Santa Gertrudis with it's traditional flavour and a multitude of fine restaurants. This area has become increasingly popular over the last few years as people seek out more selective destinations yet still having the option to sample the island's unique attractions.
