Built little more than 3 years ago it has all the modern facilities required for a comfortable stay with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The ground floor has a lounge/diner with TV/DVD, fully fitted kitchen, twin bedroom and full bathroom. The lower ground floor has a further 3 berooms - a double, a twin and a single and a full bathroom. The best thing about this apartment is it's close proximity to all the famous sunset bars such as Cafe Mambo, Cafe Del Mar, Coastline and Savannah yet just far enough away to get some peace and quiet when you are chilling out around the swimming pool or in the large garden that leads straight to the sea. If you want to be cool and close to the action then this is definitely for you.
